Return Policy
Cancellation of service
Cancellations or service changes are accepted only 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
If the customer wants a change, he must cancel the booked service (as long as it has not been finalized) and proceed to a new booking.
If the customer wishes to cancel the service, the value of the respective service will be refunded as a gift-voucher which can be used in order to book another service in the future or even purchase products of our Company.
Monay refunds are not provided.
